The Good News of Salvation in Jesus Christ

Has anyone ever shown you from the Bible how you can be sure you are on your way to Heaven?

The Problem

Every person is a sinner before a Holy God and unable to save themselves.

"...for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."(Romans 3:23)

Even a single lie will separate us from a perfect, Holy God.

The Penalty

Every person is under the sentence of death (both physically and spiritually) and will be forever separated from God because of their sin.

"For the wages of sin is death..." (Romans 6:23)

Wages are what you receive for doing something... in this case, sinning.

The Provision

Through the substitutionary sacrificial death of Christ, God has addressed the sin problem for us.

"But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were yet still sinners, Christ died for us." (Romans 5:8)

Jesus took upon Himself the punishment we deserve.

The Pardon

God offers a free pardon and eternal life to all who place their faith alone in the Lord Jesus Christ for their salvation.

"...that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he  confesses, resulting in salvation." (Romans 10: 9-10)

We must believe in what Jesus has done for us and confess to others that He is our Lord.

God offers you His salvation as a free gift. all you have to do is accept it.

A.B.C.

If you are ready to trust Jesus Christ as your personal Savior and Lord:

--Admit  that you are a sinner, and that you're sorry for breaking His Law.
--Believe  that Jesus Christ died and rose again to pay the price for your sin.
--Confess  Jesus Christ as your savior and Lord and start living for Him today.

If you believe in who He is and what He has done, placing all of your hope and confidence in Him alone, then you are saved by His grace. Praise God for His glorious Gospel!
